It was lovely, cozy, and convenient as we were visiting South Town friends. Thanks so much!
Positive: It was cozy, there was sweet attention to detail. Other than that it stayed sort of dark in the rooms (which was great for sleeping in - and also, it's winter) you couldn't really tell you were in a half basement at all. It was very thoughtfully designed.
Negative: All was great!

Great two-bedroom place! The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious with plenty of hot water. It’s not quite close enough to campus to walk, but I’d definitely stay here again if I had the chance. I really liked this place!.

Positive: Place was nice but thought we were getting a little bigger place also the other half of this rental was a 3 bedroom and bigger and they paid average a hundred dollars less than we did thought almost 700 was a little high after seeing it

Very cute home with a convenient location. Worked great for us. Home was clean and as advertised. Owners were very communicative and a pleasure to work with. Would definitely stay again.
