The Ridge, Sleeps up to 25, OSU, Beaches, PNW

We have stayed at this location a number of times with our large leadership team. There are lots rooms with of big comfy beds. We are able to spread out and have some alone times or private conversations with the multiple family/living rooms. The kitchen is awesome and spacious and the appliances all work great! The landscaping is beautiful and the outdoor patio is perfect for hanging out and enjoying meals outdoors. The pickleball court is a ton of fun! Mary, the host is a wonderful communicator and has gone out of her way to accommodate some of our extra needs. We really enjoy this home and working with Mary and plan on continuing the annual tradition.

The house was fantastic. Very large and clean. A huge kitchen too. We had 2 small children with us who loved the trampoline and the playhouse. The adults loved pickle ball and the pool table. I thought the beds were really comfortable. One night the mom and dad of the two small kids (2 and 4) felt everyone was awake because the kids were crying. No one heard a thing. They moved down to the lower level anyway but didn't have too. Great playroom too with lots of toys. We were there for Thanksgiving with family in Corvallis. This house would be a great family reunion house. Not sure about pets unless you're only in the lower unit.

Spacious and comfortable! Enough room for everyone. Great dining room and super comfortable couches.

The property was perfect for our party of 14, ranging in age from 6 to 83. The 5 kids had a great time outside. The weather was good and we had our meals on the large patio table. The kitchen was more than fully stocked with coffee, tea, spices, condiments, etc. Most of the sleeping areas involve stairs, if that is an issue. Again, it was perfect for us.

Overall this residence was expected from description, there were no surprises. The house and property were clean neat and the amenities were a nice touch as well. The communication from the host was clear and direct. We left a couple items behind at the residence and the host went above and beyond to me us to return them. Excellent option if you need an option for a large group of folks.
